  • E1 (black):  Behind the lateral malleolus
  • E2 (red):  Distally
  • Ground:  Lateral leg (between stimulation and pickup sites)

Stimulation site

  • (-) Cathode (black):  14-cm proximal to E1 (posterolateral calf)
  • (+) Anode (red):  proximal
